Marilyn Davis is Managing Partner at Rain, bringing over 35 years of experience in direct-to-consumer marketing. She works closely with clients to help them navigate today’s multi-channel media landscape and build campaigns that drive meaningful growth. Marilyn combines deep industry knowledge with a practical, data-informed approach to brand building and customer acquisition.
She began her career at American Telecast Corporation, where she helped grow the in-house media division into one of the country’s top-performing media and marketing agencies. Over the years, she’s played a central role in launching successful campaigns for a wide range of brands—from beauty pioneers like Bare Minerals, Philosophy and Murad to challenger brands like Smile Direct Club, AdoreMe, OOFOS, Headspace, Wise, and Cirkul.
Marilyn earned her degree from the University of California, Berkeley, where she was an All-American in Cross-Country. A year after graduating, she qualified for the U.S. Olympic Trials in Track and Field. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with family, and practicing yoga.
